You'll notice a whole load of empty there. The things we definitely want to do are:
The Zoo or Science Centre will be done on Friday, depending on the weather. Weather's good, so we're going to the Zoo. Richard does want to see the Science Centre before he leaves, so we'll need to schedule that in somewhen.

The theme park will be after the wedding, on Tuesday and/or Wednesday. It may involve two days if we do the rides and waterpark as two separate days, or one veeeeerry long day if I can acquire sufficient [livejournal.com profile] baratron-compatible food for that.

[livejournal.com profile] epi_lj and [livejournal.com profile] okoshun have suggested the Royal Ontario Museum on Monday 2nd.

Feel free to suggest meeting up for dinner. I am vegan but Richard eats anything. Chinese and Indian always work well (even your average, run-of-the-mill, meat-serving Chinese can make at least one thing I can eat), Italian is often good, American-style burgers & meat places are usually bad. I'm looking at the Happycow listings for Toronto and getting in a muddle - nowhere seems to have exclusively good reviews. The one thing I do know is we won't be going to Buddha's Vegetarian Foods at 666 Dundas St W, as pretty much all the reviews said it was greasy, and my grease tolerance is far lower than the average person's. We might go to the Cafe 668 Vegetarian Restaurant next door at 668 Dundas St W, as it has an equal mix of good and bad reviews.

I'd like to see you while Richard's about, but the thing is, if we're going to the theme park that day, I'm not sure we'll be back in any time for dinner. (It's open until 10pm, and we're likely to be staying most of that.) Then on Wednesday, with his flight being 9.30pm, he'll have to be at the airport by 7.30pm which rather screws up meeting after you finish work, unless you wanted to just grab coffee somewhere. It might be easier for me to meet up with you on Thursday night after Richard's gone home. Would that be ok?

Wednesday after work is a problem for me, too -- I have a class that evening, assuming that I'm not still sick. Thursday, there were some tentative plans to go out to the drive-in; does that sound fun? If not, the plans are still tentative rather than confirmed....

Drive-in? I was going to say "drive-in what - you have drive-in McDonalds, Tim Hortons and Burger Kings by the dozen", but then I realised those are drive-throughs. Drive-in cinema? I've never done that, we don't have them at home. Don't know if it appeals (how comfy's your car compared to a cinema seat?), but it would certainly be something I haven't done before.

My plans for tomorrow (by which I mean Thursday - I know it's technically Thursday now, but I haven't been to bed yet, therefore Thursday is still tomorrow) involve mostly shopping in random locations downtown, most likely around Queen Street West and Kensington Market. What I'll do is call you when I'm up & sorted out, and we can try to make some plans.

...and if we miss connections this evening, would you be interested in trying to do lunch tomorrow?
